The Finger Wag – Athletes using Twitter and Social Media to their Disadvantage

So it’s a Sunday in April. Baseball season is in full swing but even better than that the NBA and NHL playoffs are on! Its the first round of both series so the games aren’t the most compelling (especially the NBA thusfar), but it is the playoffs. Let’s see what some of the athletes are watching tonight.

Chris Johnson is the Tennessee Titans feature back. Well he is the Titans feature back if, like me, you don’t count LenDale White – I don’t count him cause all I have ever seen him do was against the Detroit Lions who he then proceeded to scream about how horrible they are (The words “bitch ass n&*(@*&#(@* were used on national TV for what I believe was the first time, on Thanksgiving. LenDale White – breaking cultural barriers).

Since you are reading this post you have probably heard of Chris Johnson. In fact, chances are less than a week ago he just destroyed you in fantasy or maybe shot your team into an early points lead with an absolutely ridiculous Sunday. He went for 197 yards rushing and 87 yards receiving with 3 TDs. I have Chris Johnson on my fantasy team, mostly because I am awesome.

Apparently he is also celebrating a birthday. Just like all other major celebrities and sports stars he chooses to have his birthday dinner at PF —–

PF Changs?!?

Seriously, I think PF Changs is too low rent for my birthday and I have a job I hate and am praying for a sports blog that averages 6-7 readers a day will take off so I can someday quit it.

Also while we are here “beelee dat” – why wouldn’t I “beelee dat”. There is literally like maybe 5 people I know who are such ham and eggers that I wouldn’t “beelee dat” they were celebrating their birthday at Changs.
